Shipping & returns
You can follow you order by the order number provided to you by your chosen shipping provider at the checkout.
If you would like to exchange your product, please make a return and place a new order.
1. The return should be made within 30 days after receipt of your product. Please contact Isadeco’s customer service at email@example.com before you make the return.
2. Fill in the return form. (Download it here).
3. Please return the product/s at the same postal service where you picked up the product/s. Please keep your parcel number in case we would need to track the parcel. Please use the original wrapping and add the printed order confirmation along with your return. Please note that your expenses for returning products to us will not be refunded.
